Lo he cocinado hoy por primera vez y oh my god!!! Es muy sabroso, fácil y lo explicas genial para que salga rico rico!!! Yo he dejado que cocine 20 minutos al final ya que aún tenía caldo. El fumet de pescado con las cabezas de los gambones, laurel y pastilla de caldo de pescado.
