Un cuarto de litro de soja? No suena correcto, eso es como cocinar en salmuera. Por otro lado en un paso añades el azúcar… que no está e la lista de ingredientes
Hola Fernando, perdona, tenías razón le faltaba dos cucharaditas de azúcar.
En cuanto a la salsa de soja yo uso esa cantidad y no sale como en salmuera, hago otras recetas con pollo y esa cantidad de soja y nunca han dicho nada en casa, pero hay gustos diferentes. Gracias por tu comentario
