Hola, he hecho el pastel como postre para mañana que es festivo y tengo familia en casa y no me cuadra la proporcion de agua y el cacao en polvo. Con solo 80gr d agua no se pueden diluir los 80gr de cacao… he tenido que hechar mas agua a ojo. No se como estará de sabor pero me parece que estará fuerte de cacao… puedes confirmar las medidas?

Buenos días, acabo de mirar la receta porque hace tiempo que no la volví a hacer; hubo gente que le echó menos cacao porque es cierto que el cacao Valor es muy fuerte; nosotros lo hicimos tal cual está la receta, y recuerdo que sí se formó una pasta muy compacta; no creo que te varíe mucho el sabor por echarle un poquitín más de agua si así te resultó más fácil disolver el cacao. Lo volveré a hacer cualquier día pero igual rectifico la receta y le bajo la cantidad de cacao para que no resulte tan fuerte, no a todo el mundo le gusta con tanto sabor. Muchísimas gracias
