Hola!. Llevo tiempo queriendo hacer alguna tarta de este tipo.
Pero he buscado en internet moldes layer cakes, y salen que tienen 15 cm de diámetro .
En tu receta dices que los has utilizado, pero yo no veo tu Tarta tan pequeñita……
El caso es que me han conquistado tus fotografías , y, aunque me da un poco de miedo , me gustaría intentarlo.. Gracias!
Hola Pilar, mis moldes de layer cake son de 20 cm de la marca Wilton, por eso pongo que quien no los tenga que use un molde de 20 cm; es que de 15 cm me parece muy pequeña. Anímate a hacerla que es muy fácil y sale buenísima. Para lo que necesites aquí me tienes .
