Hola, me encantan tus recetas Inés, si en vez de harina de fuerza le pongo harina de centeno o de avena, he de ponerle más agua? ¿qué cantidad de harina y de agua mas o menos? gracias

Hola Rosa, muchísimas gracias! Si vas a usar la misma cantidad de harina pero de centeno al menos échale un 10% más de agua y después le vas añadiendo si ves que necesita, la masa no ha de quedar pegajosa, te va a ir diciendo ella lo que necesita. Un besiño
El pan lo meto en el horno dentro de un recipiente o sin nada
Hola Natalia, puedes si quieres hacerlo en un molde pero no hace falta, si lo haces en molde te quedará tipo pan de molde. Yo este nunca lo hago dentro de nada, directamente al horno
