Hola, ¿cuando dices que congelas el pulpo fresco de dos en dos patas, después al cocer sólo dos patas hay que hacer todo el ritual de asustarlo, etc.? ¿En esta receta echas el pulpo crudo sin más (sin asustar ni cocer antes ni nada?)? Muchas gracias.
